What modes does the Chuck have?
- Preset Mode: Here you can cycle through the presets (buttons 1-7) and get started right away. The blue LED ring around the MODE/TUNER button indicates the preset.
- Edit Mode: Customize your presets to your liking. Green LED ring around the MODE/TUNER button.
In both modes, you can use the Expert Mode to adjust in-depth parameters for each effect (REVERB, DELAY, CHORUS, WAH).
How do I save and load presets on CHUCK?
To save a preset, make your desired settings and, in Preset mode, press one of the buttons 1–7 for a few seconds. Once the save is successful, you'll see a confirmation on the display. Saving is easy with the Studio software using the "SAVE CHANGES" button in the preset tile.
Can I load my own IRs into the IR Loader?
Yes, you can easily load your own IRs into the IR Loader via the STUDIO software. To do so, go to the "IR Loader" tile and manage the list using the "Manage List" button.
How do I connect CHUCK to my computer via USB?
It's easy: Connect CHUCK to your computer using the included USB-A to USB-B cable. Then simply install the STUDIO software - and off you go!
Can I also use CHUCK as an audio interface for my home studio?
Yes, CHUCK also works as an audio interface for your home studio. Thanks to the USB ASIO interface, you can record directly into your DAW and benefit from the excellent sound quality.

Our Content Days are a creative production event where you as a content creator have the exclusive opportunity to produce high-quality, professional content with CHUCK for underdog – and at the same time receive professional material for your own channels.
This isn't just about shooting videos and taking pictures— you'll work with our team on content that brings CHUCK to life and inspires guitarists. The individual content for each content day is always planned in consultation with you.
What might that look like?
- Sound & Setup: You can test CHUCK in different settings and optimize your personal setup.
- Professional productions: We work together to create content for underdog's social media and web channels – perfectly tailored to your skills.
- Authentic sessions: Spontaneous ideas, behind-the-scenes moments, and creative exchange with other bands make the day a true source of inspiration.
- Interviews & Insights: Share your experience with CHUCK in short, dynamic clips – from sound talks to creative challenges.

Make sure the sound quality is clear. An external microphone is ideal for perfectly capturing Chuck's strengths in sound.
Recording
- Authentic clips with a live feel are more important to us than glossy productions. We prefer authentic to over-the-top.
- Capture different perspectives – close-ups of hands, pedals, faces, surroundings.
Video length
- Your social media clips should be dynamic and to the point .
- Ideal length for Instagram & TikTok: 45–90 seconds – enough time to make a strong impression without losing pace.
- If you want to show more, record several short clips (example: 15 seconds) - we will edit them together for you.
- Important: It is better to have several clips – this gives us more flexibility when editing and allows us to compile the best content for social media.
- Ideal length YouTube 6-12 minutes
Upload & further processing
- Simply upload your raw material without editing or, if you prefer, already edited, to your Google Drive folder, which we sent you via email.
- We'll take care of the editing, effects, and fine-tuning – so you can concentrate on playing.

Together you decide when which video will go online on which platform and whether:
- We will only post the video on our channels and link you.
- You would also like to have it on your own channel and we will add you as a co-author .
