What modes does the Chuck have?

  • Preset Mode: Here you can cycle through the presets (buttons 1-7) and get started right away. The blue LED ring around the MODE/TUNER button indicates the preset.
  • Edit Mode: Customize your presets to your liking. Green LED ring around the MODE/TUNER button.

In both modes, you can use the Expert Mode to adjust in-depth parameters for each effect (REVERB, DELAY, CHORUS, WAH).

How do I save and load presets on CHUCK?

To save a preset, make your desired settings and, in Preset mode, press one of the buttons 1–7 for a few seconds. Once the save is successful, you'll see a confirmation on the display. Saving is easy with the Studio software using the "SAVE CHANGES" button in the preset tile.

Can I load my own IRs into the IR Loader?

Yes, you can easily load your own IRs into the IR Loader via the STUDIO software. To do so, go to the "IR Loader" tile and manage the list using the "Manage List" button.

How do I connect CHUCK to my computer via USB?

It's easy: Connect CHUCK to your computer using the included USB-A to USB-B cable. Then simply install the STUDIO software - and off you go!

Can I also use CHUCK as an audio interface for my home studio?

Yes, CHUCK also works as an audio interface for your home studio. Thanks to the USB ASIO interface, you can record directly into your DAW and benefit from the excellent sound quality.
