The CHUCK has four built-in effects: REVERB, DELAY, CHORUS and WAH. This gives you everything you need for a flexible and versatile setup.

• Preset Mode: Here you can switch through the presets (buttons 1-7) and get started right away. Blue LED ring around the MODE/TUNER button.
• Edit Mode: Design your presets to your liking. Green LED ring around the MODE/TUNER button.

In both modes, you can use the Expert Mode to adjust in-depth parameters for each effect (REVERB, DELAY, CHORUS, WAH).

To save a preset, make your desired settings and, in preset mode, press one of the buttons 1-7 for a few seconds. As soon as the saving was successful, you will receive a confirmation on the display. Using the STUDIO software, saving is very easy using the "SAVE CHANGES" button in the preset tile.

The analog tube preamp is digitally manipulated by a special circuit that allows you to switch between different tone stacks and voicings. This gives you the perfect mix of analog tube sound and digital flexibility.

Yes, you can easily load your own IRs into the IR Loader via the STUDIO software. To do so, go to the "IR Loader" tile and manage the list using the "Manage List" button.

The preset modes differ primarily in their sound. From clean sounds to fat metal sounds, everything is included - so you are perfectly equipped for every style.

CHUCK uses high-quality ROAR E83CC tubes in the preamp. These guarantee you a rich and powerful sound.

To insert effects into the FX loop, connect them to the FX SEND and FX RETURN connections. If necessary, CHUCK can take over the power supply via the DC OUT connection. Then activate the FX loop in the menu and can configure it as you wish.

Our built-in tuner works chromatically, meaning you can set it to any tuning you want – perfect for different tunings.

Yes, CHUCK also works as an audio interface for your home studio. Thanks to the USB ASIO interface, you can record directly into your DAW and benefit from the excellent sound quality.

Yes, that is possible. Several CHUCKs can be operated simultaneously; they then have different names to easily distinguish them from each other.

The firmware updates are handled directly via the STUDIO software. As soon as an update is available, you can simply start it in the software.

There is currently no mobile app for CHUCK. It is controlled exclusively via the STUDIO software.

CHUCK is extremely robust. The floor format was specially developed for stability and durability to withstand even the toughest stage conditions.

It is best to clean CHUCK with a dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. If necessary, you can use a slightly damp cloth with a mild cleaning agent, such as dishwashing liquid. Make sure that CHUCK is unplugged from the power supply first.
